Widy is a Partner at ASWP with extensive experience advising and representing clients in capital markets transactions, including equity and debt securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and a broad range of corporate matters.
Having been involved in numerous complex commercial transactions, Widy has developed strong expertise in corporate law. He regularly advises clients on transaction structuring, drafts, reviews, and negotiates transaction documents, and develops commercially sound legal solutions tailored to clients’ business objectives.
Widy holds a postgraduate law degree from the University of Indonesia as well as a postgraduate law degree from Leiden University, Netherlands. He is a licensed advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and Indonesian Receivers and Administrators Association (AKPI).
